Getting to Skukuza
Skukuza, located in the heart of the Kruger National Park, is easily accessible by both air and road.
Most delegates will enter South Africa at Johannesburg’s Oliver Tambo International Airport or Cape Town International Airport. If Johannesburg, one can choose to fly or drive to Skukuza. If Cape Town, you would fly to Skukuza.
By air, delegates can fly directly to Skukuza Airport (SZK), conveniently situated just 6 km from Skukuza Rest Camp, with two daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg and one daily flight from Cape Town with Airlink. This is the ideal airport to use as it is the closest to the conference centre, but flights are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

By road, Skukuza is about a 6-hour drive from Johannesburg via the N4 to Nelspruit, then through Hazyview and the Paul Kruger Gate. The route is well signposted, with good road conditions and scenic views along the way, making it an enjoyable drive for visitors who prefer to travel at their own pace.
